Columbia Winery and Covey Run Partner with Seattle Sonics for 
Sweepstakes Contest 
Chance to Win a Party for 15 at Sonics Home Game

WOODINVILLE, Wash., Jan. 24, 2003 – Leading Washington state wine brands Columbia Winery and Covey Run have teamed up with the Seattle Sonics to offer a “Sonics Suite Night Sweepstakes” contest where fans have a chance to win a catered party for 15 in a suite at a Sonics home game.

 “This sweepstakes contest gives us an opportunity to reward loyal Columbia Winery and Covey Run consumers as well as Seattle Sonics fans,” said Alex Ootkin, brand manager for Columbia Winery and Covey Run.  “We encourage people to enter to win this exciting prize.”

The “Sonics Suite Night Sweepstakes” begins on Monday, January 27.  To enter, consumers should complete and mail an entry form to the Seattle Sonics Suite Sweepstakes, P.O. Box 25400, Rochester, NY, 14625-5400.  Bottle neckers with an entry form on the back are available at participating establishments throughout Western Washington while supplies last.  Entries must be received by March 7, 2003.  The Sweepstakes is only open to Washington state residents, aged 21 or older.  

The sweepstakes prize is a Suite for the winner and 15 friends (ages 21 and older) at a Sonics home game at the KeyArena on April 9, 2003, plus a $400 catering credit and a pre-game visit in the suite by a Sonics coach.  The total value of the prize is $2,000.

The sweepstakes winners will be selected on or about March 10, 2003 in random drawings conducted under the supervision of The Sweepstakes Center, an independent judging agency whose decisions are final.  Winners will be notified by mail.
